In this day and age of the internet and mp3s, music lovers need a fast internet connection, be it cable, DSL, or satellite broadband, to be able to keep up with their favorite artists and all of the latest trends on the music scene. Downloading mp3 files takes up a huge amount of space on your computer’s hard drive, not to mention that it is oftentimes illegal. Streaming music has created a niche for itself, allowing listeners to search and listen to hundreds of thousands of songs, as well as hear new tunes by their favorite artists and discover songs they never would have found otherwise.
