What Makes DVD Guitar Lessons So Good?

I love learning the guitar by using DVD guitar lessons, why? Well for me it is the ability to watch intricate finger movements up close with a crystal clear screen. I can watch the instructor play a riff and then I have the ability to rewind the DVD and watch it again and again – in fact I can watch the same scene over and over again as many times as I need to be able to take it in and repeat what I am seeing.
